As a native Floridian living in the Melbourne area of Brevard County for the past 28+ years, I have to say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! I've watched my children grow up here and go on to college. I can't think of a better area to raise a family or to retire.

The Florida Space Coast has so much to offer. Orlando and the major theme parks are less than an hour drive away. The Indian River lends itself to wonderful water sports such as sailing, water skiing and fishing. Our beaches are beautiful and a great location for watching the space shots from the Cape. For golf enthusiasts we have multiple public and private courses. What impressed me the most when my husband Steve and I moved here from South Florida was how friendly the people were. In 27 years I can honestly say that has not changed.
